Terms of Service

1. Operator and contact

Creators Vista is operated by Satheesh Pv, an individual developer based in Kerala, India. For questions about these Terms, contact privacy@creatorsvista.com.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Creators Vista. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your registration information is accurate. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, subject to applicable law.

We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the account creates a safety or security risk, or we are required to do so by law. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we may restrict or close it.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Creators Vista a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, and provide the service and the features you choose to use. This license ends when your content is removed, except for copies retained temporarily for backups, security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

You are responsible for having the rights needed to submit and share your content. Public profiles, projects, and posts may be viewed, copied, or indexed by others. Do not submit content that:

• Violates another person's rights or applicable law.
• Contains malware, attempts unauthorized access, or disrupts the service.
• Is deceptive, abusive, or used to spam or harass others.

4. Plans and payments

Some features may be offered for a fee. The applicable price, billing interval, and payment terms will be shown before checkout. Payments for current Pro subscriptions are processed by PayPal and are subject to the terms presented by PayPal and at checkout. Cancellation and any refund rights are governed by the checkout terms and applicable law. You must be at least 18 to purchase a paid plan.

5. Service changes and availability

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or improve Creators Vista. We will provide notice where required by law. The service is provided subject to applicable law, and nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes or to reflect legal requirements. We will update the effective date above and provide notice of material changes where required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms where that is permitted by law.
